T he National Innovation Competition in Engineering (NICE) is a prestigious annual event hosted by the Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University. As one of the leading academic competitions in the region, NICE serves as a strategic platform for undergraduate students from national and international universities across the Kurdistan Region and Iraq to showcase innovative, research-driven, and sustainable solutions to today’s engineering challenges.

Through this competition, Tishk International University aims to foster creativity, strengthen the link between academic knowledge and practical application, and promote a culture of innovation among young engineers. Students are given the opportunity to present their projects to a diverse audience, including industry experts, academic professionals, and fellow innovators gaining exposure, feedback, and valuable networking opportunities.
